WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property sltua%ed
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:'
That portion of the NW~ of the NW~ of the N~ of Sec~ion 13, T4S, RllW, S.B.B.
& ~4, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, County of Orange, Staee of California, described

WI{EREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a '~bllc Hearing at the
City Hall in tho City of Anaheim, on August 5, 1957, NOTICES of which said
PMblic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
~UJNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
(1) The property is presently classified as R-A, RESIDENTIAL A~ICULTUR3LL,
a trane it ional zone.
(2) This type of use, namely, a Motel, is ~ good use for land along Lincoln
Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLA:INING COMMISSION
HEREBY GR~NTS VART~NC~ NO. 757, SUBJ~ TO:
(3.) A 15 foot setback from the property line.
.r (2) ProvidLug a roadway and parking area west of the Motel of 36½ feet.
