EECOMkENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F--56-57-83 SE A~0¥ED.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of An-beim has received
Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of A-a~eim, Co,,nty of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1 and I4 of Tract No. 1647 and further described as the southwest corner
of Cerritos Avenue and Walnut Street. The applicant, The Subdivision F'.xa. an=e
Corp., 512 N. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles, ~lifornia, as Owner; L. M. Neren-
bantu, 1248 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, California, as Authorized Agent,
requests that the above property be reclassified from R-A, '-P~ESIDE~TIAL
AGRICULTURAL, to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDP-NTIAL.
WF~2LEAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at %he
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 56-57-83 on the 5th day of August , 19 57 . NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and
made b~ i=self and in i~s behalf, and after due consideration of all
and reports offered at said Nearings~ does find and determine the following facts:
(1) This is the property originally granted for the ~otel of the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0hl~iSSiON
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- $~-57-83 Wa-APPROVED

(1) The erection of the buildings in accordance with the renderings
submitted.
(2) The filing of ~-3 Deed Restrictions on the property setting up an
Architectural Control Committee, with the City of Anaheim to be
represented on such a Committee.
