WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, CountF of Orange State of California, described as follows:
Ail tha.t certain land situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows: That portion of the NW~ of the SW~ of
Section 17, T4S, R10W, S.B.B.~M., described as follows: Beginning at a point
in the centerline of Brookhurst St., said point being the Southwest corner of
said NW~ of the SW~; thence N 89° 58' 11" P-asr along the South line of said
centerline of Brookhurst Street, 124.31 feet; thence S 89° 58' 11" West
parallel to said South line 300 ft. to a point in said centerline; thence S
0° 40' 06" West along said centerline 124.31 ft. to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 5, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, inves~igation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
(1) The subject property is located on Brookhurst Street, a major thoroughfare.
f2) The cleaner to be used is perch'~orethylene, which is non-inflammable and
has no odor, and there will be no noise from' the washing machines.
(3) This use should not be d~trimental to other properties in the area, as
the y are going to build a very attractive building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIA~{CH NO. 796, SUBJECT TO:

(2) The erection of the building in accords_nee with the rendering submitted.
