WW~REAS, The City Pl~nn~ug Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lots 9,10, 15 and 16 of Helen and L)u~ch Subdivision, and further described as 'the SE corner of Broadway ~nd Loara Streets. The applic~nt., Fairfield Homes, Inc., as Owner, H. N. Berber, 4333 ~ast Live Oak Ave., Arcadia, California, as Authorized Agent, requests that the subject, property be reclassified to MULTIPL~ FAMILY R.ES~IA~, and ~-1, LIGHT .vJu~UFACT~ING, as per Tentative ~tudy presented with the application. WI~EI~EAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
