WHEREAS, The City Pla~mlng Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real proporty situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The So-th 325.07 feet of t.ae East half o£ the SE~ of the SW} of Section 14,
T4S, RllW, in the County o~ Orange, State o£ Cali£ornia, except the North
162.5~ feet thereof. Also except the West SB0.60 feet thereof, and also
described as being the Northwest corner of Ball P, oad ~nd Western Avenue.

W.~7~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 5, ~957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commi~.sion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by i~self and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine ~he following facts:
(1) There ~re other non-conforming commercial uses in the area, whihh is
presently classified as R-A, P, RSIDBNTIAL AGRICULTURAL.
(2) Petition presented showed =hat surrounding properties except those
directly to the east were in favor .6f the proposed ~riance.
(3)The applicant proposes to erect an attractive building and use the
present home as his residence.

( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GR~S VARIANCE NO. 797, SUBJECT TO:
(1) The deeding to the City of anaheim of 20 fee~ ~long Western Avenue for
street widening.

(3)Construction of the building in accordance with the plans presented.
(4)Engineering Requirements.
