i: WHEREAS, The City Pla~ing Commission of %he City of Anaheim has received
'!i a 7ertfied Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real Property situated
.~,..~ in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
· ~ Lot 10S ,~f Tract No. 1453.'.
Applicant requests nermission to move'o£f a house and erect four (4) ,~EDICAL
AND 'DBNTAL OFFICe-S, and remodel a house on Lot 108 of Tract 1453 for AD~/NIS-
TRATIV~ AND ~ROFESSIONAL OFFICM. S.
'~,~ WHEREAS, The 0i%y Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
.r~,~. City Hall in the City of Ana~elm, on July 22, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANANEIN
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
.~reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. There are Medical Centers on two of the other' corners at this intersectio~
that have improvedthe appeaxance of ~his corner.
2. This is a good use of the property inasmuch as Palm Street is becoming a
h~avily travelled thoroughfare and no longer suitable for the erection of
single family residential units.
~ 3, The proposed use will not be detrimental to other properties in the' area
;~, ~nd will provide additional services to the general public which are necessary.
