A RESOLUTION OF TME CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 801.
WHEREAS. The City Planning Commission of the City' of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0~ner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange. State of California, described as follows:
The west 150 feet of the east 748 feet of the N½ of the N'~.~ of the NE~ of
Section 13, in T4S, RllW, S.B.B. & M., in the County of Orange, State of
California and further described as being 2640 Lincoln Boulevard, Anaheim,
California, situated on the South side of said street between Dale & Magnolia.
P~TITIONER - Grace Losty, 8852 Lincoln Blvd., Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Rearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 5, 1957. N0ZICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
~i) There is a duplex and a single family dwelling on the applicanPs
property at the present time.
(2) The property contains over two acres.
(3) The granting of the variance will in no way be detrimental to other
properties in the area.
NOW, THEREFOF~, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GR~S VARIANCE NO. 801.
