A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of ;%naheim has received
a Verified Pe%i%ion'from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
9222 Orange Avenue, situated on the South side of Said street, between
Webster and Magnolia.
PETITIONERS - James J. & June S. Wright, 9222 Orange Ave., Anahei~.~, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 5, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and "fret due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
(1) This lot has 150 feet frontage on Orange Avenue and is 250 feet deep,
and is classified as R-A, Residential Agricultural.
(2) The plants will be raised on the property, but a variance is necessary
as certain incidentals such as fertilizers, etc. will have to be sold
with these tropical plants.
(3) The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other properties
