A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C01iMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCES NOS. 803-807 Incl.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The South side of Ball Road between West and the Santa Ana Freeway; the
Northeast corner of Ball and Harbor; The Southeast corner of Vermont and
the Santa Ana Freeway; The South side of Vermont just East of Citron;
mad the N6rtheast coruer of Vermont and the Santa Aha Freeway.
PETITIONER - Volk McLain & Company, 2208 W. Beverly, Los Angeles 57, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 5, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
(1) These signs are to advertise the first rental of apartments
~he pr(r~ect at the Northeast corner of So. Citron St. and West
Vermont Avenue.
(2) These apar'tments are located off of the m~in highways and the si~ns
may be necessary to direct prospective Lessees to the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~NISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCES NOS. 803-507 incl. SUBJECT TO TI-~{ USE FOR A PERIOD
NOT OV~ SIX MONT?~ AND SUBJECT TO TH~ OTHER CONDITIONS SBT UP BY Tim CITY COUNCIL
FOR SUCH SIGNS.
