WHEREAS, The City Planning Com~nissien of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 6 of Tract No. 498 Bergen-Half Acres, a~ shown on a map recorded in
Book 19,. Page 24 of. Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. An
undivided l/4Oth /reforest in Lot 3 of Tract No. 498, together with an undivided
1/40th interest in and to th~ w~ll a~d pumping plant situated thereon; and also an
undivided 1/20th interest in Lot 22 of Tgact No. 495, together with an undivided
1/20th interest .tn ~nd to the domestic well ~nd pumping plant situated thereon,
which said interest in Said Yoo~s 3 a~d 29., sh~/1 be and the same ate ,'~reby made
appurtenant to Lot 6 of Tract No. 495; further described ~s 13132 Katella Ave., Anaheim.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Oommlssion did hold a l%/blic Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on AuglA~t 19, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Pttblic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of 1;he ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does f~nd and determine the following facts:
1. The area la no longer suitable for res ide,~tial.
2. The tramsition fzc~n residential uses to Light /ndustria! uses is logical.
3. The ~ranting of the variance shou/d not be detzimenta! to other Imoperties
in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARI~NC~ NO. 808, subject to engineering requirements.
