WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of ~naheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 16, Block "B", Tract No. $49, and further described as S00 North
Bush Street.
APPLICANT -Hrma L. Peterson, %Veza Oster, 709 S. Los Angeles St.,
Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 19, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
N~3NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. There is R-3 immediately across streSt from proposed second dwelling.
2. ~operties s_re so.situated that it would not have a detrimental
effect upon area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COM~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCB NO. 809.
