W~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 19, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM
NUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investiga~ion and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Other v~riances for such a use have been granted iu the area.
2. This is in line with the type o£ development expected in this area.
3. The granting of the variance should not be detzizental to other
properties in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CONNISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ ._NO. $10~
