..! WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
: a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

: The applicant requests permission to use the existing home at 125 South Bush

· .~ WHEREAS, The City Pl~nntng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the

Public HearLug were duly given as required by law' and the Drovislons of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1, This is a large five-bedroom single Family dwelling ~in an area which the
Commission believes should be reclassified to MULTIPLE FAMILy RESIDENTIAL.
i 2. The applicant obtained the approval oF her suzroundin~ neighbors.
~ The granting of the variance will not be detrimental ~o other properties
: in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
KEREBY ~E VARIANCE NO- 779.
