A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRAATING VARIANCE NO. 812
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Amabeim has received
a Verified Petition from %he Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The West 4' of Lot 15, All of Lots 16 and 17, of Tract No. 483, and further described
as being 1763 West La PaLina Avenue.
APPLICANT - Raymond Spehar, 8871 KatelIa Avenue, Anaheim~ California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on August 19, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
N~JNICIPAL CODE, Sectiun 9200: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
i. Variance for this purpose has been granted for another Neighborhood
Commerc{al ~rea in the city.
2. The grmnting o£ the variance should no~ be detrimental to cther
properties l~n the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0NNISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VAKIANCE N~, 812, SUBJECT TO:
1. The stipulation that no business will be conducted after 10 ~oM.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 19th day of
