PC 1957-1958-41 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 813.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real proper~y situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot i3, Tract No. 1599, and further described as 605 Avon Place.

WME~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 19, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Building w-as constructed through error to extend beyond property line
a distance of approximately one (i) foot.
2. Adjoin~g property owner on whose property building was intruding made
no objection to a three foot setback.
3. The granting of the variance will not be detrimental to other properties
in the area.
