WHEELS, The City Planning do~ission of ~he City of ~oim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of An~eim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Mall in the City of An~uheim, on September 3, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and %he provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
I. The property was previously used for the .sale of Farm Implements and Tractors.
2. More recently it has been used for ~n M-1 Use, namely, the manufacture of
hosiery.
3. The grantin§ of the variance will mot be detrimental to other properties in
the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 814.
