A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WNEREAS, The Clt~ Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The North 23.5 feet of the gast 114.62 feet of the West 404.62 feet of the land
comprised a~ a whole of Lots 3 and 4 of Block A, Tract 13, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 9, page 12 o£ Miscellaue~us ~laps, Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, said distances being measured to the ce~terlines of the streets adjoininf;
and further described as 2100 Lincoln Avenue.

WHERF. AS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on September 3, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investtsation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The area is presently developed for Commercial uses being located on Lincoln
Avenue.
2. The ~rantiug of the variance will not be detrimental to other properties in
the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GR~S VARL~CE NO. 815~ SUBJECT TO THB P-/LECTION OF THE BUILDING IN ACCOR-
DANCE WITH TH]~ PLANS PRBSPNT~D.
