A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANT~G VARIANC~ NO. ~16
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 9, ;~naheim Investment Company Tract, and further described as 1303 West Crone
Avenue, Anaheim, California.
PETiTIONeR - ANNE B. PAGe, 1303 West Crone Avenue, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 3, 195?.,NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after duc inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration ~f all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant presented a petition fav oring the granting of the variance
by all of her neighbors.
2. Most of the sales will not be consumated at the home.
3. There will be no real estate listings shown on any signs on the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCR NO. 816 SUBJECT TO LIMITING A SIGN TO 12" x 24" WITH THE
APPLICANT'S NA~E AND THE WORDS, '~3~J~ESTATE".
FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of
September, 1957.
