A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 0F THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.
& M., described as follows: Commencing at the Northerly end of that certain course in
the Northwesterly line of ls~nd described in a deed to Clarence M. McNees, a married mm;
filed July 9, 1952 as Document No. 25829 in the office of the Registrar of Titles of
Orange County, California, having a bearing and distance of South 0o 15' 35" East 3.26
feet~ 8aid point being the point of tangency of a curve concave Easterly having a radius
of 120.00 feet with the Easterly line of Haster Street 60.00 feet in width (the center
line of said Haster'Street being the Westerly 'Kine of said Section 23); thence Northerly

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 3, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
g 1. The subject property was previously used for the sale of ChinChilla
Supplies.
2. It is nex~ to a b:ick y~r~ on ope side and a bowling alley on the other.
3. The manuffcture and assembly of Biectronic Devices should not be detrimental
to other properties in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I2 RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PSANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 818.
