A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE 820
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission cf the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Southeast corner of Katella Avenue and Euclid Avenue.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 3, i957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration o~ all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the ~ollowing fac~s:
l. Other variances have been granted for Tract signs.
2. This is the first sign requested for Tract No. 1.7~, which contains 173 lots.
3. The sign will only be 4 ft. by 8 ft. /~. 7"'. ',
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY G~NT~ VARIANCE 820, SUBJECT TO THE 9 CONDITIONS ~STABLISHBD BY TH~ CITY
COUNCIL FOR SUCH SIGNS.
