A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANC]i NO. 82i
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of ~-uaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the Cl%y of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 26, Block 3 of Tract No. 419, and further described as 12822 Midway Drive,
Anaheim, Cslifornia.
PLrfITIONER - G. ~. HARP, 1422 Bast Willow Street, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 3, 1957~0TICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAhEiM
~fUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The subject property is located next to a Trailer Park, which will be
be reclassified shortly to
2. The granting of the variance will not be detrimental to oth~r properties
in the area.
NOW, THEREFOP~., BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GR~S VARIA~C~ NO. 821 SUBJECT TO A REVISION OF T}~ LOCATION ON THE LOT SO
