A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRA~ING VARIANCE NO. 822
WHEREAS, The City Planning Com~ission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real p~operty situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
South side of Ball Road, One Thousmnd Feet Hast of Dale Avenue.
P~TITIONBK - COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, 144 South La Brea, Los Angeles 36, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in %he City of ,%naheim, on September 3, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at se. id Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Other variances have ~en granted for signs for the sale of lots and
homes.
2. This is the first sign ~pp. lied for to advertise Tract No. 2489 which
contains 200 l~s.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 822 SUBJBCT TO TH~ NIN]~ CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL FOR SUCH SIGNS.
THE FOREGOING P~ESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of
