PC 1957-1958-60 RE .... ,UTION NO. 60 - SERIES -195,i~q8 A EESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM C'd~A1TI'TNC~ V/LRTANCJ~ NO_ 829 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The North 6 acres of the West half of the fractional West half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, ~n T4S, R10W, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the county of Orange, state of Californ.ia, as per map recorded in book 51 p~ge al0 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder cf said county. EXCEPT the South 150 feet thereof; ~nd further described as being ~.~'.,.~t~~ on ti~e Southeast corner of Orange and Magnolia Avenues. Petitioner - PLE~R, BLUKOCK, & HOUGAN, A.I.A., 2515 ~. Coast [~i,~,~y, Corona del Mar, California. WHEREAS, The City Plar~uing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on September 16, 1957, NOTICES of which said Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAMEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; a~d WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. This church w~s. §r~nted a Conditional Use Variance by the County, but before con- struction could get started, the area was annexed to the City of Anaheim. 2.The present classification of the property is R=A, Residential Agricultural, which permits churches. 3.The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other properties in the area. NOW, TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TMAT TME ANAMEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY GR~S VARIANCE NO. 829, SU~CT TO: ~ ~ 1. The erection of the buildings in accordance with the plans presented. 2. The deeding to the City of Anaheim of a right-of-way for a width of 50 feet from the centerline of Magnolma Avenue. 3. The deedi'~g to the Cit~ of A~aheim of a right-of-way for a width n~ 3~ feet 4. The improvement of Magnolia Avenue and Or~nge Avenue with curbs, gutters, side- ~alks, drive approaches ~nd road improvement to the existing pavement. 5. Parking to be as shown on plans.
