WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from %he Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Sta~e of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City o~ Anaheim, on September 16, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the previsions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investiga%ioh and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This property is next to another Medical Office in existance now.
2. This is a good use of the property and will enhance the appearance
of the amea.
3. The ~rant~.g of the v~riance will allow the applicant the sa~ne
priviledges allowed to others.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0M~ISSION
HEP~EBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 830, SUBjHCT TO: The erection of the building and
landscaping as shown on the plans presented.
