A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0N~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Applicant - HELEN M. ~OSTER, 716 N. East Street, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Plar~uing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 16, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and %he provisions cf the ANANEIN
~.~',[CIPAL CODE, Sec%Ion 9~00: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, inves~igation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
re~orts offered at said Hearing, does find and de,ermine tbe following facts:
1. One lot to the east was allowed to be cut having $$ foo~ frontage so~e time a~o.
2. This lot would have a frontage of 72 fe=t X a depth of 85 feet, or 6035 sq. feet.
3. Allowing ~or standard front, rear and side yards, it was found that there wou]d
be available 2170 squ~re feet of build,bio area and allowing for a s ingle car
gar-~ge of l0 ft. by 20 ft. there would be 1970 square feet of liveable are.-.
4.The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other properties in
the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THA~ THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0}~iSSION
HEREBY GR~S VARIANCE NO. 831, SUB.~CT TO:
1. The selecting of a suitable house plzn for the lot, minimum size 1225 square
feet, which house plan shall be reviewed by the Building Inspector before
issuing ~ permit.
2. Filing a Record of Sur'~ey map with ~he C.~.~y of Anaheim and the County of Or~nge. I
