WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tract No. 3142, Lots 1-S inclusive, and £urther described as being located on
Knott Avenue, approximately 660 feet north o£ Orange Avenue.
The applicants, '~:verett M. and Grace ~. Koontz, $792 Placentia Avenue, Anaheim,
Cali£ornia, as owners, and Bill T. Asawa, 9712 Stanton Avenue, Anaheim, Cali£ornia,
as Authorized A~ent, request that the above lots in their tract be reclassified
from R-I, Sin§lo F~mily Residential to R-3, Multiple Family Residential.
WNEEEA$, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Wall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-57-58-10 on the 16th day of September, , 1957 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAREIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Sec%ion 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
