A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0~RISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of %he City of Anaheim has received
a Verifi6d Petition from %ho Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in %he City of Anaheim, County of 0range, S~at~ of California, d~scrlbud as follows:
Tract No. 3310, being a subdivision of portions of Lots 25 and 26 of Helen and
Lynch Subdivision, and further described as South of Crone Avenue and East of
Loaru Street.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing a% the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 7, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Publle Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM
~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and de%ermine %he following fac%s:
1. Other tracts in the area have 60 foot frontages - Tracts Nos
2381 and 2155. '
2. This tract was originally approved by the Plartning Conu~ission and
the City Council under the Number 1886, but the time limit on
Tract No. 1886 has expired and a new number 3310 hzd to be
assi§ned to this tract.*
N0~, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEI~ CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION
HEREBY GRA~S VA/iIANCE NO. 835 for a waiver of the frontage requirements in
Tract No. 3310 to those shown on the tract map.
*3. The grab,ting of the variance will not be detrimental to other
properties in the ~re, and the subdivider will build the same
type of d~ellings as he built in Tracts No. 238I and 2155.
