A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMiS$ION OF ~HE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 833
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tract 2903, Lots 12 through 15~, as recorded in the office of the Orange Co$~ty
Recorder in Book 99, Page 21~ et seq., and further described as the Northwest
corner of Katella Avenue and Ninth Street.
Applicant - HINTZ CONSTRUCTION CO., 1S45 Katella Avenue, Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold ~ Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 7, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find ~nd determine the following facts:
1. Other variances have been granted in tracts for 20 foot front yard setbacks on
interior streets in order to allow more rear yard for outdoor liming.
2. The granting of the variance will not be detrimental to any property other
than their own.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GP~A~fS VARIANCE NO. 833 PfNt A KEDUCTION OF THE 25 FOOT ~RONT YARD SETBACK
TO 20 PT~T ON INTERIOR LOTS IN TRACT NO. 2903.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day of
October, 1957.
