Public Hearing was duly given as requ/rcd by law and %he provisions of the
AN~WR. IM MUNICIPAL CODE. Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
m~de bT itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings. does find and determine the following fac%s:
1. These properties are located on Bast Center Street, a major highway.
2. l~roperties across th~ street have recently been reclassified to C-l, Neighborhood
Commercial.
3. The appiican~s are willing ~o accept C-I instead of C-Z.
4. T.his is in line with the proposed General Comprehensive Plan.
