A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CONMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
~IBNYING VARIANCB NO_. 836
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition f~om the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tract No. 3329 in the City of Anaheim, California, ~nd further described as the
Southwest corner of Ball Road and W. uclid Avenue.
Applicant -George ~4. Holstein, 166 ]~. 17th Street, Costa ~esa, Calif.
WNERW2S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on October 7, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Heaving were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM
~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, efcer due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1, The Anaheim Munici~$l Code provides that all lots in suodivisions have 70 foot
frontages and 7200 square feet in each lot.
2. While the original map was filed under another number and conformed with the
code at that time, ti,e code requirements have subsequently been revised.
3. The subdivision now doe- not conform to the Comprehensive General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY P ',NING COMMISSION
HEREBY DRNIBS V~IANCB NO. 836.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day of
October, 1957.
