GRA~ING VARIANCE NO, 837.
WHEREAS, The City Planning= Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the CitT of Anaheim, CoUnty of Orange, State of California, described as'follows:
Lot lC, Tract No. 3222 in.the City of Anaheim, California', and further described
as the Sou~h~st corner o~' Lorraine Drive and Los'Angeles '$%.
Mira Flores, Inc. --Applicant, 10503 S. Los:Angeles St. Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of'Anaheim, on October 7,1957, NOTIC~S of which said '
Public Hearing were duly given, as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
IcIP CODE, Section' zoo; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf'and after due co~deration of ~11 evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find :and determine the foIlowing facts:
1. The subject property is presently classified as C-i, Neighborhood Commercial.
2. The MOtel will be located nex~ to the:RoTal' HaWaiia~. ReStaUrant, which Could
provide a convenient din/ag plane for customers of the Motel.
3..The g~anting of the variance wi/1 not be detrimental to other properties in
the area and will.conform tothe proposed Comprehensive;Gene~ai Plan for the area.

HEREBY ~LANTS VARIANCB NO. 837 SUBJECT TO:
1. The erection' of the building in= conformity with the plans presented and 'with
set-back as:shown 45 feet back of.the present curb. line on S. Los Angeles St.
2.. Engineering requirementS. '
