A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PId%NNING COMMISSION 0FTRE CITY OF ANAREIM
~ _ GRANTING VAR/ANCE NO. 839.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-~uing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange', State of California, described as follows:
'The North 200 feet of Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., and further
described as near the Northwest c°rneref Katella Aven~e and Harbor Boulevard.

WHEREAS, TheCity. Pl~nning Commission did hold a Public Nearing. at ~the
City. Nail in the City of Anaheim, on October 7, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as requiredby law and the provisions.of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after dueinspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and: after dueconsideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following fac:ts:
1. Other variances have ~en granted for Motels andRestaurants inthe Disneyland are~.
2. The subject property is Presently classified as C-l, N~ghborhood Commercial.
3. The granting of the variance will not be detrimental to other properties in the
area and will be in line with proposed ,Comprehensive General Plan for the area.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE AN~qEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 839 FOR A MOTW-L'AND PUTUR~ RESTAURANT, SUBJeCT,TO:
