WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City: of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real: property: situated
in the City of Anaheim, ,County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot Six (6) of ~Sunrise Tract", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, page 38 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, C~liforni~,' and further described as
227 NOrth Pmily Street.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at. the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October ?, 11957, NOTICES of which: said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and' the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
-- WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and: after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1.: The' additions requested are to provide for a business office and experimental
laboratory for the Newkirt Mfg. Co.', with apartment unit asa rental~
2,,There are other businesses in ,the same area.
3. 'The granting of 'the variance should not be detrimental to' other properties in
the area.
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY G~S 'VARIANCE NO, 844, S~IBJECT TO:
1. The :erection 'of the builaings in accordance with"the plans presented.
2. The providing of: off-street parking, on, the property.
