WHEREAS, ~ne City PlAnning Commission of the City of. Anaheim:has:received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in,the .City. of Anaheim, County of 0range, S~ate of California, described as follows:
Lot 152 Of Tract No. t825, as per map recordedin book 62, pages 43 to 45 inclusive
of Miscellaneous Maps, inthe off'ice of the countyrecorder, of said Orange County,
and further described as being located at 1156 N. East Street.

WHEREAS, The City'Pl~nning Commission did hold a Public Nearingat the
CityNall in the City of Anaheim, on.. October 7, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were.dulygiven as required by law and the provisions of the ANANEIM
~MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after dueinspection, investigation a~d studies
made by 'itself and.inits; behalf and after dUeconSideration Of all evidence.and
reports offered at 'said Nearing; does find and determine;the following facts.
1. The property .is presently classified as C-l~ Neighborhood Commercial
'2. DancingStudios are classified as C'2, ~eneral Commercial use.
3. Thegran~/ng of the variance should not be'detrimental, to other properties
in the area.
