WHEREAS, The City. Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has receiVed
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property s~ .uated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range,: State of'California, described as follows:
Parcel 1: The .east 75 feet of the North 240 feet o£. the northeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range I0
West~ S~B~B~ & M~l~the descriPtion belng the same as parcel 1 set forth in deed Of
trust dated August 5, .1957, executed by George C. ~se.~and Sylvia Rose, to Title In- .

WHEREAS, The City Pl"nning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on OCtober' 7, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
· . WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by 'itself and in its. behalf and after due consideration .of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find 'and determine the following facts:
1.: 'There are no exceptional' or extraordinary .circumstances of conditions applicable
to1 the intended use that do not apply generally to other properties adjoining.
2.A variance is not :necesSary to enjoy :the same property rights enjoyed by
neighboring properties.
3..The granting of the variance would place business in an area surrounded by
single familv residences,.
