RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT .RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The ~asterly 200 feet of the Northerly 217.80 feet of the West 15.58 acres of the
NW~ of the SW~X of Section 7, T4S, R10W, S.B.B. & M. and further described as being
on the south side of Crescent Avenue, 348.71 feet east of Magnolia Avenue.
The applicant, Giacomo Lugaro, 8512 Magnolia Avenue, ~naheim, California, as Owner,
requeste that the above property be reclassified from R-A, Residential Agricultural,
to R-3, Multiple Family Eesidential.
W~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
N0. F-57-58-17 on the 21st day of October , 19 $7, NOTICE of which said
?~,blic Hearing was duly given as required by law and %he provisions of the
ANAHEIM MI/RICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHYS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered a~ said Hearings, does find and de%ermine the following facts:
1. The applicant owns some 16 acres at this location and the portion desired
for reclassification is approximately one acre.
2. The applicant had no pl~-~ a~ to how he would develop this property with a
width of only 200 fee~.
3. It was the opinion of the Co~m{ssion that the whole area should be studied from
a land use and street pattern.
