A RESOLUTION OF 1HE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tentative Tract No. 3142, Lots 1-4, 13-15, 22-24; Tract lo~ted between Orange
Avenue and Ball Road on Western Avenue.
Applicant - BILL T. AS&WA, 9712 Stanton &venue, Anaheim.
WHEREAS, The City Planning 0ommission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 9, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions cf the ANAHEIM
~{UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Rearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This tract, No. 3142, as revised has 74 lots, but owing to the shape of the
parcel there are i0 lots under the 70 foot frontage requirement.
2.These lots run £rom 65 to 68 feet in frontage but all lots contain 7200
s~p~re Feet or more.
3.The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other properties
in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT EESOLVED THAT THE ANAItEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

Lots 1 and 4, 68' PT. on Lots 2 and 3, 66.1 PT. on Lots 13-15 inclusive, and Lots
22-24 inclusive.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 6th day of
January, 1958.
