WHEREAS, The City Pl~ntug Commission did hold a Public Hearing at
City Nall in %he City of Anaheim upon said ~q~IFI~D PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-57-58-10 on %he 6th day of January , 1958 , NOTICE of '~hich said
Public Hearing was duly given as required bylaw and %he provisions of Lhe
AN~W~.IM WJ,NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine %he following fa=ts:
1. This tract is located near two schools aha there is apparently a need for
rental units in the area.
2. The ~ requested for multiple family dwellings from 5-11 inclusive and 68-74
inclusive will have a/leys at the rear for garages.
3. The tract will be near ~ neighborhood shopping center and in line with these
developments, there should be a certain amount of high density pro~rty in
the area to support same.
4. The four lots on Knott Avenue will back up to this street with a concrete block
wall at the rear of the lots.
