A RESOLUTION OF THE' CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DEN"lING VARIANCE NO. 892.
WHEREAS, The City PI-~ng Commission of %he City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tentative Tract No. 279?. southwest corner of Bale. s_nd. Orange~.
Applicant - CUNNINGHAR BUILD~RS, INC., 500 South Walnut Street,Anaheim: California~
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on J~nuary 6, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WI~F~uYAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does' find and determine the following facts:
1. A check of floor areas of other tracts in the area shows that Taacts Nos. 2875
and 28?5 contain 1350 square feet, Tract No. 2400 has 1200 square feet, and
Tract Nc. 2854 has between 1150-1200 square feet.
8, Protests were received from 72 residents in Tract No. 2875 which is south of
and adjacent to the subject tract No. 2?97.
3. The Anahe! :l~unicipal Code now requires~225 square feet of living area an~Wnerc
within the city limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED THAT THE ANA~IM CITY 'PLANNING COMMISSION
