WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-$7.58-32 on the 6th day of January , 19 58 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAF~.IM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEEEAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine %he following facts:
1. The _~roperty is presently classified as R-A, Residential Agricultural, a

2. The corner to the North has been approved for the erection of a service station.
