WHER~S, The City Pl-n~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
i:n the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Sta~e of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 20, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission. after due inspection, investigation and studies
