WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of ~uaheim, County of 0rauge, Stateof California, described as follows:
Lot 20 or'Tract No. 497, as shown cna map there66 recorded in book 17, page 38,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, ~lifornia.
Applicant: T. J. Michaud, 309 E. Water St., A~aheim, CaliF.
WNEP~EAS, The City plnnning Commission:did.hold a Pablic Hearing at the
city Hah in the City of Anaheim, on',% OTIOES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as: re'~i~'~'d"~by'"~a~, and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after dueconsideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Protests were received from residents inthe area that this wOuld break down
the present R-1 Zone in the area.
2. The proposed two-bedroom dwelling contains only 725square feet.
3.A variance ~ras den/ed for a similar.. use on the nex~ lot to the west.
4. It wras brought out that there have been ~a~ed salesmen soliciting other
properties in the area for similar uses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT EESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNLNG C0~SSION
HEREBY DENIES VA~I~ NO. 903.
