WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the

the empty corners are so develop~g now, it does no~ appear that a residential
dwelling four years old ~ the center of the block should be permitted· to have
a commercial use at %his
2. Protests were received from residents ~ the area against the proposed variance.
