GRANTING VARIANC~ NO. 906.
WHF2LEAS, The City Planning CommiSSiOn of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of ~alifornia. described as follows:
The Southwest corner of Crescent ~nd Magnolia Avenue.
Aplalicant- Pack Village ~.states, 15312 Arrow Highway, Baldwin Park, California.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-n-ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of An-~eim, on February 3, 19$$,NOTICESof which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
