WHEREAS, The City Pl-nn~ng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said:
Public Hearing were duly Eiven as required by law and ~he provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
;~ made by itself and in its behalf and after duc consideration of ali evidence and
'-. reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These are the first signs requested for Tract No. 1567.
2. Other variances have been granted for Tract signs.
