WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
e Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot Two in Block "A" of Tract No. S72, as shown on a Map recorded Ln Book 15,
page 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, recozds of Orauge County, Calif.
Applicant - Consolidated Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., 702 S. Los Angeles St.,

STMEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Febr-azy $, 19~ , NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; a~d · '
WHEREAS,~ Said Commission, -after due' inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and'in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
'1. There was at one time this type of business at this location, but same was
discontinued.
2. The applicant requested that the property be used for the sale amd fabrication
of light sheet metal in conjunction with roofing and house cons truction.
3. The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to o~ her pz~ Im rty in the
the area.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

OPERATING HOURS]~ B~ W1THIN TH~ HOURS OF 7 A.M. TO 7 P.M.
