WHEREAS, The City Pl-n~lng Commission of .the City of Anaheim ha,.s received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of .~uaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 229 and 230, Tract number 2377, City of ,lnaheim, Count~- of Orange, ~alifornia,
as per maps of record, Book 75, pages 29 To 35 inclusive of miscellaneous maps in
the office of County Recorder of said county.
Applicant - J. N. Schroeder and Opal A. Schroeder, 5922 Highland, Yorba Linda,
California.
WHEREAS. The City Pl8nning Commission did hold a Public. Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the previsions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all e-~%de=ce
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applica~t requested that the property be used for a retail dairy
products Drive-Lc.
2. The granting of ~he Variance ~Aould no~ be detrimental to other property
in the area.
NOW, THEREF0~, BE IT RESOLV~ THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PI~ING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRAATS VARIA~ NO. 913 FOR THE CONSTRUCIION A~ND OPRRATION 'OF A RETAIL
