~HtEP~S, The City Pl-n~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s)of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 6 (portion of), Miles Rancho.
Applicant - Fo,+er & Kleiser Company, P.O. Box 1090, Long Beach, Cali£.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Com=ission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of ~.~mheim, on February 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public' Hearing were duly given as required by law and the previsions of the ANAMEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
'reports offered at said Hearing. does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant requested pennission To erect a 10 X 25 Ft. outdoor advertising
STrUCtUre.
2. The proposed location of the structure is approximately 550 feet from the inter-
change of Spadra Road and the Riverside FreeWay.
3. The granting of the Variance would not be in conflict with the sign regulation
provisions of the proposed ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PI~ING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 915 for the erection of a l0 X 25 Ft. OUtdoor Advertising
StrucTure, subject to a three year time limit.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 17th day of
