WHEREAS, TbS City Fl~n~ug Commission of the City of ~nsbeim has rdceived
a Verified Petition from the 0wner[sl of a certain parcel of real property situated
in thoCity of maheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as fellows:
Northeast corner Ball and West St. (1023 Ball Rd.)
Applicant - Cunningham Company, 500 So. Walnut St., Anaheiu, Calif.
WHERe_AS; The City P1s~ng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the p~.,ovisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WP~/~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence snd
