PC 1957-1958-190 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITYOFANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 918. WHEREAS, The City Pl-~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, descrlbed as follows: Northwest corner Walnut & Katella (1779 Walnut St.) Applicant -Cunningbam Co., 500 So. Walnut St., Anaheim, California. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investiga+ion and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. These are the first signs requested for]his tracT. 2. Other variances have been granted for Tract signs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~5~ISSION HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 918 for a T~34PORARY DIRRCTIONALSIGNADVERTISING THE SALE OFHOM~S IN THE M'~RATFORD VIr.rATRACT, SUBJECT TO TP~ NINE (9) CONDITIONS HSTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR SUCH SIGNS.
